SPEEDY FOX & FRIENDS CHALLENGE 277

The challenge this week is to create a Sympathy card.  I don't like making them but at times it is necessary so...
Here is my card:

I created this all white card because I felt it had a calming feel to it.  The sentiment is from the Glad Glads set from MFP Stamp Shop and was stamped with Verafine Onyx Black ink.  The opening was created with Spellbinders Label Seventeen die, the Butterfly is Exotic Butterfly small #2 from Cheery Lynn Designs and the leaves are Spellbinders Foliage Two.  Dimensionals were added to the top layer and also the butterfly.

I hope you'll join us this week, you can find the challenge HERE.

SPEEDY FOX & FRIEND CHALLENGE 276

This week's challenge is to create a card using Candles as the theme.

Here is my card:

For my card this week, my candles were made using Washi tape on a piece of cardstock and then cut to size.  The flames were actually leaves from a die cut from Impression Obsession called Bird on a Branch and I used an orange colored pencil to highlight them.  They were then adhered to a background piece of cardstock that was cut with a stitched die from My Favorite Things Blueprints 15 and I added the bow to tie them together.  The sentiment is from the Background Diamond and Flowers stamp set from MFP Stamp Shop.

I hope you'll join us this week, you can find the challenge HERE.

SPEEDY FOX & FRIENDS CHALLENGE 274

This week's challenge is to create a card using baker's twine.

Here is my card:

This week's card was really fun to create.  I used three different designer papers and stamps from the Dear Santa stamp set from MFP Stamp Shop.   Santa and HO! HO! HO! were all stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and Santa was colored with Copic markers.  I also used a Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush on the hat  but unfortunately that doesn't show.  The circles that Santa is on were cut from the Spellbinder Circle and Picot Edge Circle dies and adhered with dimensionals.  The baker's twin was wrapped around the striped designer paper for the finishing touch.

I hope you'll join us this week, you can find the challenge HERE.

Thank you for stopping by, I hope you have a wonderful creative week.

Here is my card:

For my card this week I chose 4 different pieces of designer cardstock to create the weaved pattern.  My main image is from the Flower Blocks set and the sentiment is from the Roses set both from MFP Stamp Shop.  The flower was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and I added just a little color with Copic markers.  The sentiment was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink.  I added some corners to the flower image using part of Spellbinders Marvelous Squares.  Both the flower image and the sentiment were than adhered with dimensionals.
