I created three different cards using the Masked Border technique to show the different ways you can create with this technique
.
For my first card I used the Asians Delights set for the flowers and Marsh Birds for the sentiment.  All images were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic markers.

My second card was created using the Works of Art set.  All images were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and the flowers were colored using Copic markers.

For my final card I used just the tip of one of the trees from the Tree Greetings which was first stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then over-stamped but just offset using Memories Unicorn white ink.  The sentiment is from the Cracked Hello set which was stamped using the Unicorn white ink.

Here is my card:

The two embossing folders I used are the Swiss Dots by Cuttlebug and Paw Prints by Darice.  I ran the Swiss Dots folder through first and then very lightly sponged Vintage Photo Distress Ink over the dots.  Next I ran the Paw Prints folder through and then sponged on more of the ink.  For the image I cut a Spellbinders Circle and sponged a small circle for the sun and then sponged Broken China Distress ink for the sky and  Mowed Lawn Distress ink for the grass.  Next I stamped the grass using one of the tree tops from the Tree Greetings stamp set and the dog and sentiment from the Fabulous Pets stamp set all from Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co.  All images were stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, I colored the dog with Copic markers, fussy cut him and used dimensionals to pop him up.
