Each Sunday Oriental Stamp Art (OSA) hosts a challenge and last week's challenge was to create a circle card but not just a circle card, it was to have cut layers. Here is my card:
The Happy Birthday stamp is from the Lotus Blossoms set from Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co. and the Viola Sprouts die cut is from Simon Says Stamp.
