Oriental Sketch Challenge #45 on MFPSpeedyTV

This week's Oriental Sketch Challenge #45
uses this sketch:

Here is my card:

For my card this week I used stamps from the Birds of the Orient set from Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co. and they were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I glued the Washi paper onto a thin piece of cardbstock for stability and then cut and embossed them using Spellbinders Circle dies.  For the background I used one of the Cuttlebug embossing folders called James' Set and sponged  Broken China Distress ink very lightly over the embossing.

I hope you'll play along with us this week you could win a free stamp set!  You will find the challenge HERENot a member of MFPSpeedyTV?  Join today it's Free!

Wishing you a wonderful weekend and thank you for stopping by.

Hugs & Blessings,
Barbie

  1. Beautiful. The blue on the white is perfect for an airy card with this image and sentiment!!
